For you Rogues looking to be making 300-400 gold per hour with mining and /or herbalism, wearing your Dungeon 3 (assassination) set. I have composed a guide to solo gold farming Mana-Tombs.
There are 9 chest spawns containing 6-7 gold a piece, in addition there are 12 mining nodes, and a bunch of Ancient Lichen spawns. Two chests, and two mining nodes spawn per instance.
